Sometimes a new member joins the CAL family, and you simply feel like the air got cleaner, the room grew larger, there was a shift in the universe and suddenly, out of nowhere, you can breathe.

Amalia is that person that makes the family whole. Calm, measured and very, very capable. It makes sense that she has a background in speech therapy. A field that trained her to catch the pauses, gestures and unspoken cues that say just as much as words. It’s that instinct that makes her such a natural for CAL, she reads the room before the room knows what it’s saying.

Currently mastering a Master’s in Digital Media and Communications, adding fresh creative skills to her repertoire , she’s a born explorer, loves travelling and the thrill of losing herself in new places. Obsessed with photography, she’s learning the latest techniques in order to capture those little moments that tell the biggest stories.

Extra Bonus: Don’t be fooled by that sweet smile, Amalia is the wildcard of the gang. She’ll disappear on a Friday night flight just for the adventure, out-dance you till sunrise, and still have the perfectly framed photo evidence before you’ve even had your coffee.
