Our Operations Supernova, Antonia, is exactly that, a powerful, luminous, explosion of light, happiness and positivity with a touch of OCD. Multitalented by nature and by experience, our Tonia has many accolades to her name -marketeer, retail specialist, business developer, manager, stylist, organizer and international relationship expert to name but a few. As a true Brit, she was born and bred in London where she attended a catholic convent school and then went on to obtain a degree in Mathematics. After experiencing life as a mathematics lecturer, she decided that it was time for a change and a brand-new journey, so she packed her designer bags and moved to Cyprus. Here she had the opportunity to grow and experience a diverse and exciting career which culminated in the immaculate fusion of ‘Tonia x Constandia’. A match truly written in the stars.

Miranda aka #Mirandaki The Chic Lady, has a degree in Graphic Design from the Technological Institute of Athens. She has worked in Athens and Dubai before finding the place she feels most at ease, the #CALOffice! Mirandaki, our cal(m) force is a fashion magazines addict, she loves French songs, Rob Janoff’s design aesthetic and above all, chocolate! She loves being at CAL since she learns something new every day, even after decades of design experience. To her, CAL is the place to be. For us, she is the person you need at every office.

With an MA in Corporate Communications, Marketing & PR, our digital babe is all about making things work efficiently, effectively, and always with a touch of originality. She has a sharp memory, a sharp eye, and a sense of humour that cuts through the noise.

Whether juggling multiple deadlines or adding polish to a digital campaign, Nicole is calm under pressure and laser-focused on the details. A born multitasker, she keeps projects on track and teams aligned, whilst somehow still finds time to plan her next trip or hit the dance floor.

Quirky, funny, cosplaying Maria, she’s romantic at heart, tender, and quietly dependable.

She lives for a good “why not?”, but don’t let the sweetness fool you. She wrangles spreadsheets, tracks invoices, answers the phone with a smile, and makes sure nothing ever slips through on her watch.
