Our Operations Supernova, Antonia, is exactly that, a powerful, luminous, explosion of light, happiness and positivity with a touch of OCD. Multitalented by nature and by experience, our Tonia has many accolades to her name -marketeer, retail specialist, business developer, manager, stylist, organizer and international relationship expert to name but a few. As a true Brit, she was born and bred in London where she attended a catholic convent school and then went on to obtain a degree in Mathematics. After experiencing life as a mathematics lecturer, she decided that it was time for a change and a brand-new journey, so she packed her designer bags and moved to Cyprus. Here she had the opportunity to grow and experience a diverse and exciting career which culminated in the immaculate fusion of ‘Tonia x Constandia’. A match truly written in the stars.

Miranda aka #Mirandaki The Chic Lady, has a degree in Graphic Design from the Technological Institute of Athens. She has worked in Athens and Dubai before finding the place she feels most at ease, the #CALOffice! Mirandaki, our cal(m) force is a fashion magazines addict, she loves French songs, Rob Janoff’s design aesthetic and above all, chocolate! She loves being at CAL since she learns something new every day, even after decades of design experience. To her, CAL is the place to be. For us, she is the person you need at every office.

Meet Yianni, our main man for all things PR and general schmoozing. Don’t be fooled however, he is a mastermind at negotiations, sales and contracts. He studied Journalism, PR and Digital marketing and he is fierce. Throw anything at him, he’ll catch it, make it beautiful, and throw it a party.

His ability to fall in love with everything and everyone makes him a joy to have on the team. He’s always in black and constantly searching for the ‘wow’ factor in every situation or the next big thing.

A big swoosh of colour flies into the office with a burst of the brightest, positive karmic energy you have ever encountered, here she is, our Alex!

Earth mother in training with a knack for getting the aesthetic just so, this Graphic Designer is the CAL hidden calmness. With degrees and qualifications coming out of her ears, she is constantly on the warpath for yet another skill to acquire. An M.Sc. in Interaction design, a course in graphics, a diploma in UI/UX design, the list goes on and on, and yet she always manages to bring a human edge to every story she tells.

Our healthy little vegetarian, baking and squirreling away, making yummy treats for the office or hibernating into her desk to concentrate on her tasks, she is the happiness that enfolds the office.

Extra Bonus: Did you know that she makes her husband wear his & hers matching outfits with The Dog? Yes. It’s true!

Ever heard of a hot shot accounts executive that gives it all up for a life more glamorous? In her short little 24 years of life, our Nefelaki decided to trade in her years of studying accounts to obtain a master’s degree in Digital Media and Communications. It was quite the leap, but it landed her here at CAL, and WOW, what a good move that was! A clever little wizard, she clicks her heels three times and the magic happens.

Half Russian and half Cypriot, she has the perfect ingredients to grow into the best of both worlds and create a perspective like no other. Watch this space, big things are about to happen.

Anna, our free-spirited adventurer, has traveled the world but she’s found her place right here at CAL. With a background in Journalism and a passion for storytelling, she brings her curiosity and energy to her role as a PR professional, turning ideas into meaningful connections every day.

From exploring 43 countries, to living in Spain, Greece, and Italy, Anna’s global perspective, shapes the way she communicates and creates impact. She’s not your typical PR girl -calm, thoughtful, and with her own unique, relaxed rhythm and natural charm, Anna approaches every project in her own style. Sometimes a new member joins the CAL family, and you simply feel like the air got cleaner, the room grew larger, there was a shift in the universe and suddenly, out of nowhere, you can breathe.

Amalia is that person that makes the family whole. Calm, measured and very, very capable. It makes sense that she has a background in speech therapy. A field that trained her to catch the pauses, gestures and unspoken cues that say just as much as words. It’s that instinct that makes her such a natural for CAL, she reads the room before the room knows what it’s saying.

Currently mastering a Master’s in Digital Media and Communications, adding fresh creative skills to her repertoire , she’s a born explorer, loves travelling and the thrill of losing herself in new places. Obsessed with photography, she’s learning the latest techniques in order to capture those little moments that tell the biggest stories.
